Associate - Debbie Manship
After a successful career as an actress, including several TV series (Angels, Dr Who, The District Nurse), Debbie established Role Call in 1989 as a training consultancy specialising in providing role-players and facilitators for training courses within both public and private sectors.
Role Call's clients include HMRC, Astra Zeneca, The Cabinet Office, Fujitsu and Dell Computing, for whom Role Call has provided everything from management development courses through to live event productions.
Debbie also has more than 20 years experience working with health professionals at all levels and disciplines, both as a facilitator and roleplayer. She and her team at Role Call work all over Europe within courses covering general communication skills, breaking bad news, informed consent, etc. and an enormous variety of doctor-patient scenarios. Role Call has worked with many of the major teaching hospitals throughout the UK and organisations such as Cancer Research UK, The Kings Fund and several of the Royal Colleges.
Scripts for Conferences and DVD productions for UCB 'Could Do Better, Must Try Harder' (ADHD) & 'Home & Dry' (Urge Incontinence) and Johnson & Johnson 'Breathe' (Multiple Myeloma), are Debbie's most recent projects for Pharmaceutical companies. Role Call has also produced & directed several facilitator training DVDs for the National Cancer Action Team.
For the last several years, Debbie has focused particularly on creating and facilitating group and individual training and development programmes.
