What: An expert in creating and facilitating leadership and management development solutions and frequently called upon to work with leaders and managers to develop their personal presence and presentation skills.

How: Kate prides herself on working with clients to get under the skin of their business, understand their business drivers and works in partnership with them to create solutions that make a real difference. Her approach draws on people’s experiences, considers the application of learning and making a measurable difference. She has a passion and energy that is infectious and her aim is to enable individuals and groups to bring about change at all levels.

Why: Kate is passionate about creating solutions that individuals can apply in their ‘real world’, nothing excites her more than working with clients over a period of time and seeing changes in behaviour and performance impacting on an individual positively as well as an organisations bottom line.
