Company Secretary - Sue Morgan

Sue's background is in Psychology and Vocational Guidance. She has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors over the last two decades, most recently within large multinationals on their succession management.

Sue worked for Coventry and Warwick universities after graduating, providing career counselling and focussing on their annual recruitment drives. She also wrote several graduate handbooks especially in the fields of law and engineering.

Sue spent over 10 years working with Kent County Council. One of the largest employers in the south-east of England, with over 50,000 staff, Sue headed their Management Development. One of her most notable initiatives was the introduction of Assessment Centres, which formed the basis for KCC's succession planning and management training. This underpinned her work in successfully changing the organisation's approach to a more commercial culture.

In her work with the Morgan Leith Partnership, Sue coaches managers on a range of emotional quotient subjects, such as personal development, performance management, leadership and teambuilding. Her particular specialism is succession planning and development.
